• Take responsibility for the legality of products sold on your website.

5. Intellectual Property

• DS Tech retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, and designs.

• The client is granted usage rights only during the active subscription period.

• On subscription termination, access to services and hosted assets may be revoked.

6. Service Limitations

DS Tech is not responsible for:

• Business losses, revenue loss, or profit expectations

• Third-party service failures (payment gateways, hosting, WhatsApp APIs, etc.)

• Legal compliance of the client’s business operations

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated

• Payment defaults occur

• Illegal or unethical activities are detected

8. Changes to Terms

DS Tech may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
