1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees paid to DS Tech are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

• No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused periods.

3. Setup & Onboarding Fees

If applicable, setup or onboarding charges are strictly non-refundable once work has started.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

We encourage clients to raise concerns promptly. Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are solely at the discretion of DS Tech management and decided case-by-case.
