1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription anytime.

• Services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

• No refunds for unused periods.

2. DS Tech-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue

• Illegal, misleading, or unethical activities are detected

• Terms or policies are violated

3. Data & Website Access

• After termination, website access may be suspended.

• Data backup or migration support is not guaranteed unless agreed separately.

• DS Tech is not responsible for data loss after termination.
